In the Beginning
In the beginning, all was one thing, vast empty nothingness. Because of a lack of anything else, there existed nothing else: no variations, no movement, only stillness. However, this one infinite nothingness had a conscience, and after an incomprehensible long time, this conscious stillness moved, just a little at first. Because this movement felt so good, after being still for so long, it delighted this Consciousness. And as this Consciousness moved, the phenomenon of Sound and Light were born. This delighted the Oneness even more and Love was also born, encouraging the Oneness to express Itself through more and more movement. By playing with movement, speeding movement up and slowing movement down, variations in sound and color started to manifest. By playing with various tempos, another phenomenon came to be: rhythm. Thus, from movement, sound, light, color and rhythm, all of Creation began. All of Creation, with all of it's manifestations of galaxies, solar systems, planets and inhabitants, were simply more and more complicated combinations of this original Oneness' movement. All that was and all that is, is different manifestations of movement...sound...light... color...rhythm...
Today
Today, we not only feel this intuitively, but our scientists also have confirmed that the movement of energy creates sound, and various frequencies of movement create various tones. Fast movement creates higher tones, slow movement creates lower tones. Likewise, various frequencies of movement of light create various colors. And random combinations repeated eventually find patterns and rhythms. The movement of vibration through the ancient wind instrument, the didjeridoo, has the unique ability to remind us of the Oneness that became everything. Like traveling back, unraveling all the strands of Creation, this sound takes us back to our origin, the root of our origin, our Oneness. This is why so many people, of all ages, all over the world are attracted and mesmerized by the hypnotic sounds of the didjeridoo. If you listen carefully, you will notice beneath all the different sounds, there lies one fundamental background drone that we can feel in our bodies. This fundamental tone reminds us of the original first movement of the One. If we speed up the vibration the tone rises higher. If we slow down the vibration, we drop back to our fundamental tone. More complicated variations create harmonics, and out of persistent experimenting with random movement, patterns and rhythms will be discovered. Being that we are all matter, and all matter is energy vibrating at various frequencies, we can merge the vibratory frequencies of the pipe with our own bodily frequencies. With this awareness, we can begin to reconnect with our own Oneness and heal ourselves and others. We are able to heal our bodies by playing the pipe. We can also facilitate healing in others who are participating in listening and feeling, by sharing our awareness of the process and playing on and around their bodies.
In the audible tones, there lie sonic tones, vibrations we feel in our bodies. Subsonics move in the fundamental and lower tones; ultra-sonics move in the uppertones and harmonics. These tones are not only felt in our bodies but also perceived in our subtle energy fields. Just as physicians today use electronically created sonic vibrational frequencies to help heal certain physical ailments, we can utilize the organic vibrations of the didjeridoo for directing vibrational frequencies into the body. The combined power of the Breath of Life, with its production of a multitude of various frequencies of vibration make this an even more powerful tool than electronically produced mono tones. Let us remember the most important key, our own intent.
Without intent, the most powerful of tools have no direction. Our Will is what creates the direction of intent. If we can direct our intent to the creation of Sacred Sounds created by our Sacred Breath of Life, and offer this to the Sacred Oneness of all things for the purpose of balancing and healing, we can be a part of a most powerful process. We can merge the frequencies of the body and become a tool and channel for our Creator to do miracles of healing and balancing. There are already a handful of people out there starting to do this. These are the new pioneers of an ancient science, which began over 60,000 years ago with aborigines of Australia.
